ALUCRO - About Us

ALUCRO is a non-profit association founded in 2008 by AMEP AMERICAN PACKAGING SA, CAN-PACK ROMANIA SRL and EAA -EUROPEAN ALUMINUM ASSOCIATION.

Our goals are:

Informing, educating and empowering a larger segment of the population regarding the collection and recycling of aluminum cans;
Working with all collectors from the public and private sector to promote actions of recycling aluminum cans;
Implementation and development of an active educational program in schools, supported by the School Inspectorate of Bucharest, focused on collecting and recycling aluminum cans;
Organization of campaigns at regular intervals of time in the major retailers;
Signing partnerships with organizations and profile companies regarding the development and expansion of the collection and recycling of aluminum cans.

Through our campaigns we want to make our goals heard clear and to draw people`s attention on the selective collection, especially of aluminum cans.
